Valtis Sports LLC (“Valtis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, or sign up for marketing communications.

  1. Information We Collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, account information, and messages you send us through our forms or by email. Payments are processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Information collected automatically: device and website-use information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages and products viewed, the referring website or campaign that brought you to our store, and your shopping activity. Section 3 explains the cookies and similar technologies we use for this.
  2. How We Use Information
We use information to process, fulfill and deliver orders (including local pickup); provide customer service and respond to inquiries, including team and club inquiries; manage accounts; send order-related emails; prevent fraud and spam; understand how our store is used and improve it; comply with legal, tax and record-keeping obligations; and send marketing communications when you have chosen to receive them.
  3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies in three groups:
Essential (always active): shopping cart and checkout, account login, payment processing and fraud prevention by Stripe, spam protection on our forms by Google reCAPTCHA, website fonts loaded from Google Fonts, and a cookie that remembers your privacy choices. The website cannot function properly without these.
Order attribution: our store software (WooCommerce) uses first-party cookies to record how you arrived at our store (for example, the referring website or campaign) and saves this with your order. These cookies follow your marketing choice described in section 6: they are not set if you opt out or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Marketing: Klaviyo’s tools on our website, described in section 4.
Advertising and measurement (Meta): we use Meta Platforms’ advertising tools (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and to show relevant ads. The Meta Pixel in your browser records events such as page views, products viewed, items added to cart, checkout started and purchases, using Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Through the Meta Conversions API, our servers also send the same events directly to Meta, together with your IP address, your browser’s user-agent information and Meta browser identifiers (the values of the _fbp cookie and, when you arrive from a Meta ad, the _fbc cookie), which help Meta match the events to its users. We do not currently send your email address, phone number or other contact details to Meta. If you opt out, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel in that browser and do not send Conversions API events for those visits or for orders placed while you are opted out. Meta’s use of this information is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
You can review and change your choices at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, linked at the bottom of every page.
  4. Email Marketing and Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo, Inc. as our email marketing service provider.
Marketing emails: if you sign up for our mailing list, or tick the optional box at checkout, we may send you news about product launches, early access, restocks, promotions and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Order-related emails are sent separately and will still be sent.
Website activity: unless you opt out, Klaviyo’s tools on our website use a cookie (__kla_id) and browser storage to record pages and products viewed and when you begin checkout, including the email address you enter at checkout even if you do not complete the order. Once you are identified, this activity can be connected to your email address. If you opt out, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these tools are not loaded in your browser.
Order information: when you place an order, our store also sends your order details to Klaviyo from our servers, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, items purchased, order totals and order status. If you have opted out (or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal) when you place the order, or you have opted out while signed in to your account, we do not send that order’s information to Klaviyo. Information sent before you opted out is not automatically removed; you can ask us to delete it as described in section 6.
Klaviyo processes this information on our behalf under its data processing terms. We do not currently use Klaviyo to send our customer lists to advertising platforms.
  5. Sharing of Information
We share information with service providers that help us run our business: website hosting and e-commerce software (WordPress/WooCommerce); payment processing (Stripe); email delivery (Google Workspace); email marketing (Klaviyo); shipping carriers and shipping software; form spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA); fonts (Google Fonts); advertising and measurement (Meta Platforms); and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Valtis, our customers or others.
Valtis does not sell personal information for money. Some marketing and advertising technologies may be considered “sharing” of personal information under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in section 6.
  6. Your Privacy Choices
Opt out of sale or sharing: use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page and turn off Marketing. Your choice is saved in your browser and applies to that browser and device. If you are signed in to your account, we also remember it for future orders.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our website treats it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing in that browser.
Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Requests: to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask how it is used or shared, email info@valtissports.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
  7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention and record-keeping purposes. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
  8. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
  9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised policy will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
